I’m Silvia Rothlisberger, a London-based journalist who loves travelling and writing. This blog is based on a three-week journey through Catalonia in April 2011. Catalonia is a place I always wanted to explore and it really exceeded my expectations.
The name “Homage to Catalonia” was inspired by a book written by George Orwell with the same name in which Orwell tells his personal experiences and observations from the Spanish Civil War.
